Just a quick note to review our feedback from the 25th Anniversary Open House/Trade Show of June 21. The event went very well and all our customers, vendors and employees were impressed. This was in no small part due to your own organization. Your men were on time on both setup and teardown and left the area cleaner than when they started. We cannot thank you enough for the skill, professionalism and dedication shown by you and your crew for this event. The tent really united everyone and made it feel like a team. I would not hesitate to recommend Niagara Tents and Events for any similar outdoor event. We will be sure to call you next time as well!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with the service and products from Niagara Tents & Events for our Associate Summer Picnic. Your set up crew was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. They ensured that I was pleased with the placement of all tents before staking them – and if any “tweaks” were needed, they executed them with a smile (even though it was VERY hot during set up!). The tents and tables were all immaculate, VERY clean and in such good repair. You definitely have a quality product, and exceptional staff. It was a pleasure working with all of you on this event.

On behalf of The Niagara Parks Commission, I would like to thank you for all the assistance your company has provided us over the years. Your dedication and endeavors to support our events and business functions are greatly appreciated. We would also like to express our thanks for maintaining such a high level of regard for our property. With over 56 km of scenic parkway, almost 2000 hectares of land and limited budgets we know that we have made some pretty unusual requests. Your staff not only rises to our challenges but they also leave our property in great shape once complete. Moreover, they never hesitate to return if something is not right to make sure it is corrected immediately and for that your company is a valued supplier. Regarding your specific question on the use of asphalt plugs, this letter serves to inform you that we have not had problems with this restoration process to date. Once again I would like to extend my thanks to you and your staff for all you do for us and I look forward to seeing this partnership continue to grow in the future.

A belated by heartfelt thank you to you and your staff for the tent set up for our wedding on Crescent Beach in August. Chris and I have been together for 17 years, so when we decided to get married, the wedding had to be perfect. Your staff did a spectacular job in helping us create what some guests described as a “fairytale wedding” because of the beauty of the tents on the beach and the creativity used in arranging them on the venue. The set-up team did a fabulous job in erecting the tents in perfect symmetry with the beach property along with the tables and other accessories. The five tents, the dance floor and the band stage, were solid, safe and dependable while creating a simply spectacular view for the guests and gawking onlookers. The lighting was surely sufficient for the party, which carried on late in to the night. The “break-down” crew arrived the following day, and the removal was done promptly and without any difficulty. It has been the Niagara Falls International Marathon’s pleasure to work with Niagara Tents and Events over the last fifteen or so years. Their assistance with set up of our Health and Fitness Expo which included pipe and drape, tables, chairs and other accessories has been consistently excellent over the term of our relationship. Their attention to all of our set up needs at our race start and finish lines including but not limited to tenting, tables, chairs, fencing (white picket) has always been on time and exactly as requested. Our race this year is October 25 and as always we look forward to working with all of the great people at Niagara Tents and Events once more.
